Two Worlds. One Coach.

I grew up in Coimbatore. Studied engineering at PSG College of Technology. Like many Tamil Nadu families, I watched my parents navigate the challenges of running a business — managing people, chasing payments, building something from nothing on sheer will.

That foundation stayed with me when I joined Dell Technologies and spent 14 years rising to Director level — managing teams of up to 175 people, $12M+ operating budgets, and driving $50M+ in cost savings through operational transformation. I won the Dell President's Award — one of two selected from 35,000 employees worldwide.

But I never stopped building in Tamil Nadu. While running Fortune 50 operations from Dallas, I was co-founding and scaling businesses in Coimbatore — rubber manufacturing, real estate, construction, education, food. Today, 8 businesses later, I understand both worlds completely.

Why I Coach South India Founders

Most business coaches in India are either ex-corporate or ex-entrepreneur. Very few have done both at serious scale. When I sit across from a Coimbatore founder running a ₹15Cr business, I'm not giving generic frameworks. I'm drawing from businesses I've actually built in the same market.

After years of coaching founders and running businesses, I identified a pattern: most businesses that plateau aren't facing market problems. They're caught in one of three forms of inertia — strategic, operational, or cultural. Based Between Two Worlds

I split my time between Dallas, Texas and Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. For South India clients, in-person sessions are available during my Tamil Nadu visits. Online sessions are conducted in IST-friendly morning and evening slots.
